This position will have you working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm. Come be a part of our dynamic teamThe successful candidate will be asked to run reception and handle the following responsibilities:Manage emails and team communicationsHandle property management administrationProvide support to property managersAssist with sales administrationSupport sales consultantsCoordinate advertising and marketing for rentals and salesData entry of accountsOrder stationery and stockOur ideal applicant will have a background working in a fast-paced office environment and be able to demonstrate previous administrative and accounts skills. Previous experience in property management administration would be beneficial.Additionally, you will need:Confident computer skills and be able to pick up new systemsTo be a keen and fast learnerConfidence in your skills and abilitiesHigh level communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesEager to learn and take on more responsibilityExperience with Harcourts Hub, VaultRE, Palace MRI, and Xero software would be advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided.Harcourts Pukekohe is a friendly, fast-paced environment. There is plenty of support provided, with a strong team spirit.
