Cook Morris Quinn is a law firm based in Westgate that values excellence, teamwork, and lifestyle. We provide legal services locally and all-over New Zealand in many areas of law. We have a full-time position available for an experienced registered legal executive to join our team.

The role is wide ranging including property, companies, trusts and estates and you would:

  1. Be the main point of contact for clients.
  2. Deliver to clients’ needs across a wide range of matters.
  3. Manage your own files with support from senior lawyers and partners.
  4. Manage settlements, invoices, and statements.
  5. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

You will need at least 5 years of experience as a legal executive, a current practising certificate or Legal Executive qualification.

In addition to experience delivering on the role described above, you will be:

  1. Skilled in handling property transactions independently.
  2. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  3. Motivated to provide excellent client service.
  4. Good at prioritising tasks, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  5. Confident, self-motivated, and driven.
  6. High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a team-based office environment, is looking to work locally in Westgate, and is seeking a role with challenge and responsibility.
