Anytime Fitness is well known across the planet for providing a great premium 24/7 workout space for its members. Our membership base is diverse with a variety of requirements from general fitness, rehab through to weight loss. Personal trainers assist with "one on one" and small group training to help reach member goals. An opportunity has arisen for a savvy experienced fitness centre manager to join the team and take the club to the next level. We are looking for candidates who are passionate, driven, and looking to make their mark. This role is both sales and marketing focused as well as operational while nurturing all that is fun in a gym environment. Of interest to us will be those who have a proven record in a sales role and ideally of positively growing a membership base and contributing to the bottom line in an assistant manager or management position. We will be interested in talking to you if: You are outgoing and engaging, able to make people feel at ease. You have a previous successful sales history and ideally managing a fitness centre or health club. You are comfortable approaching local businesses within the community and promoting the gym. You are self-managing, able to solve problems while multi-tasking and exhibit a strong attention to detail. You thrive in a sales driven role and have a clear understanding of the sales process. You are able to successfully work to business targets and adapt as necessary ensuring goals are met. You possess a high level of commercial acumen. You are a strong team player and collaborative.
