Job Summary:
Are you an experienced inventory professional looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. At Look Floors, we provide a pathway to a rewarding career in an exciting and expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute cycle counts effectively.Lead and collaborate with a team to drive performance.Manage inventory across 12 branches, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Report on inventory errors, aged stock, damages, and stock adjustments.Prioritize and meet key deadlines to ensure seamless operations, including reporting and continuous improvements.Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing all inventory operational costs.Assist in the development and implementation of Health and Safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.We're Looking for Someone With:A minimum of 3 years of strong inventory management experience and a comprehensive understanding of inventory operations.Previous experience in the wholesaler sector, ideally within the flooring industry. but not necessary.Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced ERP/CRM/Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential.Independent, flexibility to juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.What We Offer:Competitive salary and profit share bonus package.Penrose based.
