About the Role Our Eastern Bay of Plenty (Tauranga) Branch is on the lookout for a dynamic sales professional to join our team. If you're driven to hunt down new business and eager to make a mark, this is the role for you
As a Building Consultant, you'll be instrumental in selling quality, brand new homes to prospective clients. You won't just wait for leads to come in—you'll proactively seek out new opportunities, qualify leads, and build lasting relationships with clients.
You will be one of three in the sales team, so you'll split your time between manning the show homes.
This is an Independent Contractor position with a competitive commission structure and uncapped earning potential. A monthly retainer may be provided for the first three months on negotiation.
What You'll Bring to the team: Sales Experience: At least 3 years, ideally in new home sales, though a strong, enthusiastic attitude is equally valued. Hunger and Drive: A proactive, self-starter who is eager to get out there, network, and drive sales. Exceptional Communication: Strong relationship-building skills and a great approach to client interactions. Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and effectively use our in-house systems.
