The Role We are seeking a Trusts Manager to join our growing Family Trusts division at our Riccarton office. In this role, you will: Client Portfolio Management : Manage a portfolio of 'low to moderate complexity' Trusts, plan and organise your workload, monitor financial performance, and support senior management in achieving revenue targets. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience. Administration Support : Ensure accurate client information management, prepare Trust Management Reports, and uphold ethical standards and compliance with external legislation. Teamwork : Collaborate with colleagues for the collective success of the team. Continuous Improvement : Engage in personal and professional development through a tailored growth plan with the Senior Trusts Manager. Additional Responsibilities : Establishing and managing trust programmes. Assisting lawyers in communications with PF Trusts and trust reviews. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Regularly providing updates to clients and senior lawyers. Demonstrating knowledge of our firm's services and seeking new opportunities to assist clients. Attending networking events and staying informed of market and economic developments. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need : 2+ years of experience in trusts management or a relevant field (law, accountancy, commerce) is essential. Strong initiative and ability to work independently. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation. Experience with digital systems. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Why Parry Field Lawyers?
