Create each menu item with precision, adhering to dish specifications to ensure an explosion of flavors with every bite. Elevate customer experience to new heights, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding The Trusts brand. Turn challenges into opportunities and expertly manage customer feedback with a focus on continuous improvement. Take charge of prep lists, guaranteeing seamless service execution. Play a pivotal role in managing key kitchen ratios, ensuring a well-oiled culinary machine. Be involved with stocktaking and menu development. Assist with the training of team members in menu item production and cutting-edge techniques. Assume the role of Head Chef in their absence.
