Senior Business Analyst; Business Project Experience

The Role and You
We’re looking for someone with strong business analytical experience who can engage with key project stakeholders, understand and translate process and technical information in a way that is suitable for a wide variety of audiences.
To hit the ground running, you will have significant experience managing large business projects end to end. A big picture focus is necessary as this role will see you needing to navigate and prioritise multiple business projects simultaneously.
You will be an active listener, have an enquiring style to develop great collaborative relationships working with teams, leaders, and managers across the entire business. As a passionate IT professional, you will need to demonstrate a track record of project scoping, planning, management, implementation, and delivery.
As this role requires significant interaction and collaboration across the business and with key stakeholders, it will be fully based at our offices at Airport Oaks, Auckland in the short to medium term so you will be someone who enjoys the day-to-day working in the office environment helping to build improved, smarter business systems.
All our critical business applications have been migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 using CRM, Field Service, CRM Portal, Finance and Operations, Power Automate, and other related tools. As a member of a highly experienced IT Team, this role also supports critical business applications.
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualification in IT related discipline/s
- Significant business analyst experience including solid knowledge and use of process improvement methodologies
- Experienced in requirements gathering, documentation, and agile software is a must
- Demonstrated experience in end to end project management
- Able to engage with a wide variety of people especially in a training context
- Critical thinking; visual and conceptual modelling skills
- High level of English skills, both spoken and written
- Dynamics 365 exposure advantageous
