We supply a wide range of disability and rehabilitation equipment, housing modifications and services that support people to live a better life.The Role and YouWe're looking for someone with strong business analytical experience who can engage with key project stakeholders, understand and translate process and technical information in a way that is suitable for a wide variety of audiences.To hit the ground running, you will have significant experience managing large business projects end to end. A big picture focus is necessary as this role will see you needing to navigate and prioritise multiple business projects simultaneously.You will be an active listener, have an enquiring style to develop great collaborative relationships working with teams, leaders and managers across the entire business. As a passionate IT professional, you will need to demonstrate a track record of project scoping, planning, management, implementation and delivery.As this role requires significant interaction and collaboration across the business and with key stakeholders, it will be fully based at our offices at Airport Oaks, Auckland in the short to medium term so you will be someone who enjoys the day-to-day working in the office environment helping to build improved, smarter business systems.All our critical business applications have been migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 using CRM, Field Service, CRM Portal, Finance and Operations, Power Automate and other related tools. As a member of a highly experienced IT Team, this role also supports critical business applications.What you will bringTertiary qualification in IT related discipline/sSignificant business analyst experience including solid knowledge and use of process improvement methodologiesExperienced in requirements gathering, documentation, and agile software is a mustDemonstrated experience in end to end project managementAble to engage with a wide variety of people especially in a training contextCritical thinking; visual and conceptual modelling skillsHigh level of English skills, both spoken and writtenDynamics 365 exposure advantageousAccessable prides itself on providing a safe, welcoming and inclusive workplace that values the unique contributions of all people.
