Description: This role is about providing a high-quality multi-product install, repair, and maintenance service of hydraulic hose and fittings to a diverse range of customers. About the Offer: Hydraulink Technicians are provided with; A base hourly rate plus access to a generous commission programFully stocked company work vehicle including hand toolsA company uniform, iPad and mobile phoneNationally recognised trainingA great social environment - including employee conferencesOpportunities to progress your career and opportunities to consider the Hydraulink Owner Operator offer and own your own business - if that is a path you want to take About You:Hydraulink is looking for someone with:Qualifications, or training, in an appropriate and relevant area - such as Mechanical, Automotive Mechanics, Fitting and Turning, etc.Alternatively, you could have excellent mechanical skills and at least a few years of experience in a similar role - preferably in an industrial sectorThe capacity to provide a friendly and professional rapid response breakdown service to our customersAbility to carry out some account management and sales within the area of operationThe ability to self-manage and self-motivate and a positive attitudeWillingness to be included in an on-call after-hours rosterThe ability to learn, think outside the box and troubleshoot hydraulic and related mechanical engineering problemsEffective communication and the confidence to work well with clients About the Company: Hydraulink was founded in 1945 and today, we are a leading manufacturer and supplier of hydraulic hose and fittings.
