Lead IT Excellence, Drive Service Delivery, Shape the Future

Ngāi Tahu Holdings is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager to lead our IT service and support teams. This role offers the chance to oversee a diverse IT environment, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage IT service delivery, infrastructure maintenance, and vendor performance.
  2. Lead the development and implementation of tactical plans to support our digital services.
  3. Foster strong relationships across the organisation, providing high-level customer engagement and support.
What We're Looking For
  1. Experience: 10+ years in IT management, with a focus on service delivery and infrastructure support.
  2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and develop teams, with strong stakeholder management experience.
  3. Cultural Awareness: Openness to learning about Ngāi Tahu values and contributing to a bi-cultural environment.
