Job Description:We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable individuals to join our team for the winter season as Kiwifruit Winter Pruners. In this position, you'll be playing a critical role in the ongoing cultivation and health of our kiwifruit vines.
Responsibilities:

Pruning of kiwifruit vines during the winter season to ensure optimal growth for the next season.
Safe and effective use of pruning tools and equipment.
Adhering to all company safety protocols, regulations and instructions.
Working efficiently to maintain productivity levels.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in kiwifruit pruning or horticultural work is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Own transport to reach remote locations is preferred.
