Farm Supervisor

We are based in Bay of Plenty area, we are farm contracting company, urgently looking to hire full time Farm Supervisor.

Must be able to perform following job duties:
Assist the higher management in ensuring that the company business is running smoothly. All orders have been dispatched and clients informed. Follow up on Operational standards, train staff and adhere to the Health and Safety regulations. Work assignment and time management.
- Meet the objective of the company in terms of providing of quality services and monitoring the performance of Grafting, Spray, Irrigation system, vine work, weed spraying, frosting work, cane training and winter pruning
- Planning, development and coordinate the smooth scheduling of the processes to provide office services, service standards, setting and priorities to service standards
- Lead the team to ensure the company standards are maintained.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies.
- To ensure the Health and Safety measures.
- Adhere to the Government policies and legislations and procedures in regard to smooth running of the operation.
- Allocation of work to the staff and monitor the staff performance
- Take customers feedback and maintain a feedback register

**Compliance**

Ensure the business meets all the Health and safety and other legislations in New Zealand.

Pay Rate: $29.00- $31.00 Per Hour
