Colliers Otago spans across four locations with offices in Queenstown, Wanaka, Dunedin, and Cromwell, offering services in commercial, industrial & residential real estate, valuation and property management.  
We have an exciting opportunity as a Marketing & Design Executive position has become available in the Queenstown office. 
This full time, fast paced role focuses on a broad range of marketing support to the businesses, primarily the residential agency business. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate across departments is key for this role.
Supporting the Marketing Manager, as well as working closely with the wider team, the ideal candidate will have:
A 'can-do', positive attitude, ready to tackle any task with tenacity and flair A friendly, personable, calm and patient approach when dealing with all team membersExceptional multi-tasking skills and experience prioritising workload to meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail and proofing skillsProfessional attire and appearanceMarketing knowledge and experienceExperience with Adobe Creative Suite and online applications like CanvaOffice 365 suite experienceSome key responsibilities are: 
Social media management & content creationContent calendar management with Teams PlannerSupport for agent's social media content – providing templatesEDM, copywriting & blogUpdate website changes and agent testimonials Continuous review of online content, profiles and biosSupport to the Marketing Manager as required Benefits:
