**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Travel Advertising Strategies & Campaigns: Plan, develop, and organize advertising policies and campaigns specifically tailored to the travel industry, aimed at promoting travel packages, destinations, and experiences to support sales objectives.
- Strategic Advising: Advise executives and clients on travel advertising strategies and campaigns to effectively reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting travel services and destinations.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate production of travel-related advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement for various channels such as social media, travel blogs, television, and print, ensuring all are completed within time and budget constraints.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand travel trends, preferences, and potential demand, gathering and analyzing data to inform new travel services and destination offerings.
- Marketing Objectives: Support business growth and development in the travel sector through the preparation and execution of targeted marketing objectives, policies, and programs designed to attract and retain travelers.
- Market Opportunities: Commission and undertake comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for new travel destinations and services, analyzing competitive offerings and consumer preferences.
- Travel Marketing Advice: Provide expert advice on all elements of travel marketing, including product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotions, selling strategies, and distribution channels tailored to the travel industry.
- Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging travel-related marketing content across social media platforms, websites, and travel forums to attract and retain customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of travel marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data from digital travel marketing campaigns and platforms, recommending updates and improvements to digital content to enhance search engine metrics and customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Language: Advanced proficiency in Mandarin is Plus.
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience,
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Chinese tourist market and import/export for consumer goods and services.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification. - Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently between China (especially western China), New Zealand, and South Pacific countries to develop business opportunities.
