We are looking for a full-time permanent Café or Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.Skills and experience needed: A relevant Diploma level 5 or an equivalent qualification, ORAt least 3 years of working experience in relevant field. Duties and responsibilities: Coordinate daily restaurant management operationsCoordinate menu alongside with Head ChefTrack stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and maintain inventoryMaintain safety and food quality standardsTake ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expensesPromote and market the businessPlan and organize special functions, events, or requests by guestsDeliver superior service and maximize customer satisfactionHire, train, and supervise restaurant employeesOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEnsure all employees are working within outlined operating standardsAdhere to and enforce employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standardsMay process payroll and maintain all relevant recordsReport on financial performance, inventory, and personnel Must have valid NZ visa to apply.Sound like you?
