Position Overview: Reporting Line: Production Supervisor

Key Relationships: Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Production, Design & Stores TeamAs a production worker, you will be responsible for completing a varied range of work tasks required to manufacture equipment under minimal supervision and in accordance with the company's Total Quality Management System.
Key Responsibilities: Complete work tasks required to manufacture equipment according to verbal instructions and production documentation.
Demonstrate a willingness to "go the extra mile" to deliver extraordinary performance.
Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with WHS and statutory regulations.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and participate in Lean activities.
Key Job Requirement's: Expertise: Experience and basic competency in fabrication and/or assembly of equipment using hand tools and other plant.
Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, ability to work unsupervised, basic planning and organizational skills, effective communicator.
Competencies: Demonstrates motivation and drive to meet and exceed expectations, responds effectively to clear directions and follows set procedures.
