Job Description About the Role As the Clinical Education Lead, you'll take the helm in developing and standardising key clinical education programmes, including our New Entry to Practice (NETP) and coordinating the Professional Development & Recognition Programmes (PDRP). This is a vital leadership position responsible for the growth and success of our clinical staff and for setting the foundation for their future careers. You will guide their development, providing the support and education needed for them to thrive. You will work with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that our training initiatives align with Evolution Healthcare's strategic vision, while also meeting national and clinical standards. From planning the onboarding of new graduates to building robust preceptor networks and overseeing learning programmes across our group, you will make a lasting impact on the quality of patient care and the professional development of our clinical teams. What You'll Do Lead the NETP programme, recruiting and supporting new graduates, and ensuring that they transition smoothly into the workforce Provide pastoral care to our new graduates, supporting their growth both professionally and personally Standardise and manage education programmes across Evolution Healthcare's clinical teams to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes Collaborate with senior leaders and clinical managers to embed training programmes that meet the needs of our growing organisation Be the strategic driver for continuous learning, fostering a culture of excellence in education and patient care Oversee and audit all clinical learning and development programmes to ensure compliance with Health NZ, NCNZ, and MSCNZ standards Create a safe, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment where educators, preceptors, and staff can excel Desired Skills and Experience What You'll Bring You are a Registered Nurse with a passion for education and a proven track record in clinical excellence A postgraduate qualification in education or adult learning (or you're working towards one) A passion for shaping the clinical workforce of the future. Experience in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programmes Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and inspire others through mentorship and support Clinical credibility and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation A genuine commitment to the growth and development of new graduates and clinical staff Why Evolution Healthcare?
