We are currently looking for a Part-Time Room Attendant who is hands-on and has a keen eye for detail to help us deliver the best Guest Experience We welcome you to join us in the front row at SO/ Auckland and become a part of Accor's lifestyle brand collective Ennismore
THE ROLE
Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high level of room cleanliness
Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual - adhere to chemical handling and manual handling procedures
Assist with regular equipment stocktaking
Turndown service of rooms - replenish amenities for guest areas
Work with the other departments in the hotel to help deliver the best and most memorable guest experience
THE PERSON
Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat You enjoy working in a team environment and helping others and can take ownership
Commitment to adhering to health & safety procedures and policies, making sure to foster a safe work environment
High attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
A team player who is reliable and committed
Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends
