Employment type: full-time, permanentNumber of vacancies: 2Hours per week: at least 30 hours per week Job description:Lead and manage a team of scaffolders, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Plan and schedule scaffolding activities in coordination with project managers, site engineers, and other construction professionals.Conduct site inspections to assess scaffolding requirements and ensure that the scaffold structures meet the project specifications.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that all team members are trained in safe scaffolding practices.Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all scaffolding structures are regularly inspected and maintained to prevent accidents and hazards.Provide technical advice and guidance on scaffolding design, construction, and load-bearing capacities.Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, equipment usage, and site activities.Train and mentor junior scaffolders and apprentices, ensuring that they develop the necessary skills and knowledge. Job pre-requisites: At least three years of relevant work experience;Eyes for details and a hard-working attitude;Being physically fit;The successful candidate must not have any criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test
