We are actively recruiting for a General Manager, Policy (Wellbeing) to provide the leadership and expertise we require to ensure the Puni runs effectively, the Deputy Secretary is well supported, and that timely policy advice is presented to the Minister for Maori Development, Select Committees and other Ministers as it is required.

Te Puni Kokiri is grounded as the Government's Principal Policy Advisor on Maori Wellbeing and Development.
This position leads four Managers, Maori Public Policy, Maori Sector Partnerships, Te Pou Taiao and Te Pae Tawhiti.
Teams that lead across the public sector, that understand and prioritise issues, needs and opportunities that impact iwi and Maori.
