Are you a skilled Management Accountant looking to make an impact within a dynamic, industry-leading construction company? HEB Construction is seeking a talented and proactive Management Accountant to join our Regional Infrastructure team About the Role: As a Management Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Regional Infrastructure team, which is responsible for overseeing our Civil Construction, Maintenance Operations, Surfacing, and Traffic projects across New Zealand. You will be a key player in driving financial performance and supporting the team with insightful financial analysis, cost control, and management reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide in-depth cost control and budget management for ongoing projects. Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate financial forecasting. Deliver timely financial reports, analysis, and insights to aid in strategic decision-making. Utilize SAP S/4HANA to manage financial data and streamline processes. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial reporting and cost management. About You: Our ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in management accounting, combined with relevant industry experience. You'll be a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, ready to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. Here's what we're looking for: CA Qualified with at least 3 years of experience in management accounting. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is beneficial. Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, and management reporting. Industry experience within Heavy Civil / Roading or relatable industry would be great. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
