About the role
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to welcome our guests and make Tasman Holiday Parks - Waihi Beach a special place. You will deliver a range of front-line reception services, ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously.
You must be able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service, at all times, displaying a friendly, helpful manner, in order to maximize customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relations which may lead to repeat business.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Experience with booking systems (Newbook advantageous)
High standards and an excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Well organised with a strong sense of responsibility
Friendly customer service skills and a can-do attitude
A flexible approach to work
Fit and active
Good appreciation and respect of workplace safety
This position is part-time offering 25-35 hours per week. You must be available to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
