Our Opportunity
We currently have a vacancy for our Receptionist & Site Administrator at our Meadow Fresh Christchurch site. As Site Administrator your role is to provide high quality administration and financial support to the site and site leadership.
Please note, whilst it is a 5-day a week position it is a part-time position for 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide assistance with general inquiries from internal and external customers, via telephone, email or in person in an efficient and professional manner
Manage Purchase Order (POs) numbers and receipting. Monitor Accounts Payable and credit invoicing
Management of the daily distribution (both incoming and outgoing) of mail and courier deliveries
Reception support including signing-in of visitors and contractors and delivering H&S inductions
About You
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous administration experience
Prior experience with financial administration (Accounts payable, receipting etc) desired but not essential
Microsoft Office Suite
