Assist the farm manager to operate the farm so as to maintain a team of quality staff, who are productive, happy and enhance that farmâs reputation as an employer, including:

Understand the requirements of managing the different classes of stock and assist with all stock management as directed by farm manager,

Responsible for maintaining accurate information in the Yellow Notebook and ensuring it up to date at all times.
