Position Overview:
As a Mental Health Assistant with Wofo, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting patients facing mental health challenges. Working in hospital settings, you’ll provide compassionate care while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support patients in their daily activities and promote emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with mental health teams to provide tailored patient care
  • Assist with documentation and observe patients for any behavioral changes

Requirements:

  • Certificate or relevant experience in mental health care (preferred)
  • Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in challenging situations
