Here at BNZ, it's about more than just banking. We work together in an agile, energising environment to create innovative solutions through our promise “If you can imagine a better future, let's find a way.”
We support wellbeing, flexible working and have a generous leave offering. There is the opportunity for growth, learning and career development. No two days are the same.
We have an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to our Agribusiness customers This could be the perfect opportunity for you, if you are passionate about Agri, and want to progress your career in an equally exciting and challenging role, based in Invercargill.
Team Culture and Environment:
You will be joining a supportive team of experienced and high-performing Agribusiness, Commercial & Business Partners, allowing you to share knowledge, learn from others and continually grow and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Exciting Aspects of the Opportunity:
Agribusiness in Southland has great diversity - you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients in sheep & beef, dairy and horticulture - this presents real opportunity to grow BNZ's presence and your expertise.
Challenges of the Role:
We need to find someone who is motivated by connecting with new opportunities – not afraid to put themselves out there or pick up the phone to see how we can help. They also need to be seen as a “trusted advisor” and build confidence by demonstrating their ability to work effectively through funding requirements for customers.
Attributes for Success:
We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious team player who has a growth mindset and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team. Ideally, you will also have a high level of commercial acumen, and either an already established professional network or proven ability to grow a network, to help serve our customers brilliantly
This is an exciting opportunity to join us We're bold thinkers who are taking brave steps to create a company that people want to work for, and customers want to bank with. If you're ready to join a fun organisation where we are proud of our culture and how we are helping New Zealanders to 'Find their way', then show your interest by submitting your application - we can't wait to read it.
Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini - Success is not the work of an individual, but the work of many.
