You will maintain a visible profile; build strong relationships with employees; close out corrective actions; monitor incident rates; lead or be involved in investigations; reporting; and assist Team Leaders and the Operations Manager with H&S planning and delivery of world class H&S initiatives. In addition, you will manage Glasslines compliance obligations for BRANZ and BV audits; ensuring compliance with MPI TFO facility requirements.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have: H&S compliance and legislation knowledge and a passion for H&S excellence;Strong planning, organisational and follow-up skills;Excellent Microsoft Office skills (databases, Word & Excel);Highly developed communication skills and ability to form relationships quickly and with ease;Proven attention to detail and strong accuracy skills;The ability to influence, coach, mentor and lead others;Exceptional time management; attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
