Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Represent engineering at an executive level to underline the critical nature of engineering, highlight opportunities and align investment with engineering strategy.Responding to emerging issues.Managing finances for the domain.What is the tima culture and environment like?Deeply technical, respectful and collaborative.What projects / mahi (work) will the candidate be working on now and into the next year?Five Flavours and Standardisation.DevSecOps.CLR support.End of life and Hygiene initiatives.What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?The impact it can have on one of New Zealand's largest tech shops.
