Having recently become a certified Great Place to Work, this position plays a crucial role in the capability development of all levels within our business and maintaining our strong workplace culture.Reporting to the Country Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include:Creating the curriculum of the development programs and leading the facilitation to the stakeholders involved.Drive a continuous improvement culture within the team and seek new ways of operating that improves efficiency and produces optimal outcomes and experiences.Lead the attendance and facilitation of work-related events to drive collaboration and foster our culture of high performance.Provide business administrative and operational support where required.Solicit input and feedback regularly to fine-tune and improve facilitation skills, program delivery mechanisms, content and materials.Act as local point of contact for internal communication.The minimum qualifications and experience required for this role are:Bachelors degree or equivalent in organizational development, adult education, business or similar.Min 2 years previous experience in organisational development and adult education principles.Min 2 years' experience in administrative support.Demonstrated capability working with adult learning principles and related learning models and methodologies.Experience in using Microsoft office and outlook.Positive, driven attitude with a willingness to learn and go above and beyond to achieve successful business outcomes.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team environment.Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (New Zealand Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).Just some of the great benefits included as part of our benefits suite include, but aren't limited to:Subsidized medical insurance.Enhanced Kiwisaver contributions.Wellness allowanceAccess to discounts with countless NZ retailers.Paid Birthday leave.Free onsite parking.Hybrid work model.At Viatris, we offer competitive salaries, benefits and an inclusive environment where you can use your experiences, perspectives and skills to help make an impact on the lives of others.Viatris is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
