Full Time, permanent position based in Hamilton.
Here's what you'll focus on:
Assist in the administration and coordination of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles at country level.
Maintain accurate records of vehicles (with Innosys, web-based software).
Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations and file paperwork in support of compliance requirements as needed.
Perform updates on Purchase Requisition (PR) template and approval.
Analyze the account commercial model and track/record spending in an organized manner.
Support Alliance Director with collecting, reporting, documentation tasks and other relevant tasks that are assigned.
Our ideal person:
2 years of experience in FM, Fleet, Finance or general administration.
Experience in using SAP/ARIBA is essential.
Excellent communicator, able to communicate effectively with clients, internal members, global key stakeholders.
Resilient, able to coordinate and govern fleet-related processes by collaborating with the site managers.
Intermediate knowledge in finance and accounting; understand invoices and prepare PR/GR in SAP.
