We are looking for a Sous Chef with experience to join the Alpine Lodge, St Arnaud Nelson Lakes National Park, New Zealand from end of October onwards.This position is perfect for someone who has at least 2 years of experience as a sous chef.Minimum hours per week are 30 and the maximum is 45 hours, you will receive two days off per work with a rotating roster including weekends.This is a permanent position and the hourly rate we are offering is $30.Your key tasks will be to assist the head with daily prep, help run the line during breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.
