Team Medical is a locally owned, recently renovated practice working in association with Green Cross Health. We are an integrated family health centre passionately providing a full range of GP Care to our enrolled patients and Urgent Care for accidents and urgent medical needs to our community.

As a key health hub to the Kapiti Coast, our GP services typically operate weekdays and some weekends. Our Urgent Care services operate 7 days a week from 8am - 10pm. We offer full X-Ray facilities on site and are co-located with a pharmacy next door.

About the Position and You:
We have an opportunity for a GP to join us on a permanent basis working with skilled UC & GP colleagues and valued Nurse & Administration kaimahi.

Desiring 32 hours a week, we are open to discussing rostered hours and flexible start and finish times to meet the needs of our community & business. This could be a role worked over 7 days - Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm

You will bring to the role:

  1. Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience
  2. Great communication skills at all levels with patients, their whānau, and your whānau kaimahi colleagues
  3. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  4. Good computer literacy - MedTech / Evolution experience preferred
  5. Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community
  6. You must be registered with current practicing and appropriate ACLS certification
  7. Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
