**Lead Mammography Excellence** Are you an experienced Mammographer ready to step into a leadership role?
Join **our client** as the **Mammography Unit Charge MIT**, leading a dedicated and passionate team in delivering top-quality breast imaging services.
As a key member of the Radiology Management Team, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor your team, and collaborate with radiologists, radiographic assistants, and the wider Breast Services team to provide exceptional patient care.
**Top Responsibilities**
- **Operational Leadership**: Manage daily Mammography unit operations, coordinate rosters, oversee resources, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- **Team Development**: Mentor and train Mammographers and trainees, ensuring professional growth and high performance within the team.
- **Patient-Centered Care**: Deliver imaging services that meet the highest quality standards and prioritize patient care and comfort.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and oversee equipment quality assurance, maintain compliance with safety protocols, and lead service audits and improvement initiatives.
- **Strategic Collaboration**: Work closely with the Radiology Management Team to align mammography services with strategic goals and contribute to service planning.
