Now we’re looking for three talented General Sales Assistants to join our team and drive the future of our brand. General Sales Assistant ·   Presentation and merchandising of stock ·   Excellent organizational and Self-Management skills ·   Strong Communication both verbal and written ·   Physically fit and healthy ·   Flexibility to work any hours ·   Excellent Customer Service Skills ·   An eye for detail The General Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting in ensuring the Grocery/Chilled and frozen departments is always presented in an appealing manner and eye-catching displays are built & maintained thereby Encouraging customers to make purchases. You are also responsible for handling all customer enquiries, complaints and product knowledge, customer service skills, encourage repeat business. The Main Duties would be ·         greet customers and help them choose products ·         advise customers how to use and care for products ·         assist with customer purchases, price enquiries and special orders ·         carry out stocktakes and order new stock ·         check delivered stock against orders and ensure it is in good condition ·         price and display stock ·         handle customer complaints ·         keep the retail space tidy and clean.   You are also responsible for ensuring stock is rotated appropriately.
