This is a key hands-on role as part of a small team.Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated and technically competent in the following areas:Technical Proficiency – Technically competent as a senior Marine Engineer holding a MEC1 with a Class 1 (Management level) Tanker Endorsement recognised in New Zealand.Leadership – You will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful people leadership, motivation of teams, and senior level experience of vessel management.Customer Service Focus – You will be able to demonstrate a track record of giving high priority to customer satisfaction and delivering results.Planning and Organising – You will be able to demonstrate establishing courses of action to achieve objectives including planning and organising resources.Team Work – You will be a practical hands-on part of the engineering team.
