This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional foodservice products to our clients.
As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity and service quality.
### **Key Responsibilities** - **Operational Oversight:** Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures to meet or exceed company standards.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key performance metrics and report findings to senior management.
- **Team Leadership:** Supervise, mentor, and develop operational staff.
Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance, setting clear performance objectives and expectations.
- **Project Management:** Plan, execute, and oversee various operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed on time and within budget.
- **Budget Management:** Assist in the development and management of operational budgets, analyzing financial performance and making recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.
- **Customer Service:** Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, addressing any service or operational issues that arise and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- **Health and Safety Compliance:** Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
Promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, budget variances, and project outcomes to upper management.
### **Requirements** **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations management within the food service or related industry.
