Your contributions will directly affect patient outcomes, staff performance, and service efficiency across the emergency, intensive care, and transport departments.As Operational Manager, you will also have a significant role in shaping the future of these services, developing strategies for improvement, addressing challenges, and ensuring the continuous development of your teams.
