We have an exciting fixed term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our close-knit People & Culture Delivery team. The purpose of this role will be to work with our village management to support them with all things People & Culture. Your key role responsibilities: Build effective relationships with portfolio managers to influence them in their leadership and management of people. Provide timely, accurate, lawful, best practice advice and support across a broad range of P&C matters - including performance management, ER, remuneration, recognition and reward, engagement, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, leadership, and change management. Work collaboratively with other team members to support key P&C strategic objectives aligned with business requirements in your portfolio. Contribute as a key P&C team member to projects focused on developing new initiatives, programs, and policies across all aspects of our strategy. Proactively identify people challenges and opportunities faced by the portfolio that impact business outcomes. Address these challenges and opportunities through the design and implementation of relevant initiatives complementary to the P&C and Operational strategies. Qualifications Preference for relevant tertiary qualification. Minimum of five (5) years generalist advisory experience, preferably with a solid ER and change management background. Strong team and customer focus. Solution-focused and collaborative approach. Excellent communication skills, including coaching and group facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, build respect, and trust with multiple stakeholders. High resilience. Action/results-oriented.
