Holiday Park Assistant

Key tasks, but not limited to: Front office duties such as, managing online bookings as well as phone bookings, use of cash register, cashing up, emails, etc.Updating booking platforms and monitoring reviews. Assisting the managers with responding to customer complaints and special requestsSupervising staff on a daily basisAssisting with rosteringSupervising housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasksCheck rooms and common areas for cleanlinessMonitor cleaning products and stockParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredReport to business ownersStock controlWebsite and social media updatesAssisting with operational tasksReception dutiesSkills that would give you a head start: Excellent computer skillsProficient working a reservation systemPrevious experience in a supervisory or customer-facing role Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailFlexible, fast learnerTeam playerImportant Information Guaranteed minimum 40 hours per week, rostered hours Monday to Sunday 8.30am – 8.30pm, including being available weekends.
Pay rate between $28 - $30 per hour depending on skills and experience.
