My client is a global Managed Service Providor, looking at adding an IT Engineer to their team to support a new project.

Your new role

I am seeking a versatile and skilled IT Support Technician to join my client's team. You will provide both Level 1 and Level 2 technical support in a Microsoft-based environment, handling a mix of support tickets and in-person technical assistance at client offices. This role requires a broad understanding of IT systems and the ability to resolve a wide range of technical issues and the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to and complete IT support tickets in a timely manner.
Provide in-person technical support at client offices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
Handle escalated IT support tickets and provide advanced troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
Assist with network and server administration tasks.
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
What you'll need to succeed Basic to advanced understanding of Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and related technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience in IT support roles, including Level 1 and Level 2 support.
