Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and break shifts. Proven experience as an Indian Curry and Tandoor Cook in a reputable restaurant or hotel. Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and ingredients, especially South Indian cuisine. Ability to prepare a wide range of South Indian and North Indian indo Chinese dishes, including dosa, idli, vada, and pongal.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
