If you have:

- Two year's experience as a New Zealand registered or Nursing Council equivalent registered nurse
- PDRP Level 3 (or working towards)

Plus
- A current drivers license
- Advanced practice skills in Wound care, Palliative care, or Intravenous therapy
- A current practising certificate

**The Opportunity**

The District Nursing Service is looking for registered nurses to join their team. We have 0.6 - 1.0 FTE available working rostered duties.

We have permanent and temporary roles.

The service provides a wide range of specialised nursing care in the community care between 0700-2300hrs, seven days a week, from seven sites across MidCentral Health region. We are an enthusiastic team with a keen focus on the delivery of quality specialised nursing care in the community setting and are committed to quality and service improvement processes which are well established.

We require team players who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and who are committed to the provision of quality nursing care in the community.

Applicants will need to have advanced skills and current knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Wound care, Palliative care, or Intravenous therapy. A current practising certificate and current driver's licence are also essential.
