**Chief Revenue Officer**

**The Role**

We are searching around the globe for an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Tait who will be entrusted with global responsibility for driving profitable revenue growth in alignment with the company's expansion trajectory. This pivotal role requires a strategic visionary who can seamlessly navigate the intersection of current revenue streams and emerging technologies to capitalize on both present opportunities and future innovations. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

**The duties of the role will include**:
Your key responsibilities will encompass developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, assessing competitive landscapes, and leveraging both existing and emerging technologies. You will establish rigorous metrics and KPIs to monitor revenue performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and optimize revenue generation.

In this role, you will lead Sales and Business Development, inspiring a global sales organization to meet orders and revenue targets through market-facing regional teams. As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales teams. Utilizing market research, customer insights, and analytics, you will inform revenue strategies and guide decision-making. Your deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market trends will be instrumental in steering product and service development.

As CRO, you will collaborate closely with other senior leaders, including the CEO, CFO, CTO, and Heads of Product, to align revenue strategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have bachelor's degree in business, marketing or technology; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- Proven track record of success as a revenue leader, preferably within a global technology-driven organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable revenue strategies
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading and motivating diverse, high performing teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term revenue goals with long-term business growth objectives
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity effectively
