Are you an experienced leader with a passion for holistic wellness? Ayurda Wellness Spa is seeking a Wellness center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, nurture a positive team culture, and actively drive the business forward. In this key leadership role you will work closely with senior management to uphold Ayurda's commitment to authentic Ayurvedic healing and unparalleled client care.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Business & Operational Management**:

- Actively manage all aspects of daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth flow of services.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets through effective upselling and client engagement.
- Implement and monitor operational protocols to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and client satisfaction.
- Use Zenoti CRM to manage client records, track performance metrics, and streamline operations.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment where team members thrive and clients feel valued.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and support staff development to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address issues promptly and professionally.

**Client Care & Confidentiality**:

- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information and internal business matters.
- Ensure a welcoming, professional, and nurturing environment for clients, embodying Ayurda’s values at all times.
- Handle client feedback and concerns with sensitivity, finding solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Marketing & Growth Initiatives**:

- Support senior management with marketing campaigns and promotional activities to grow Ayurda’s visibility and client base.
- Actively seek opportunities to promote Ayurvedic products and services, driving retail sales and repeat bookings.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a spa, wellness center, or related industry.
- A strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and a passion for holistic health and wellness.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, to engage with clients, team members, and vendors professionally.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality, demonstrating trustworthiness and integrity at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
- Experience using CRM systems (Zenoti preferred) for managing operations and client interactions.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week

**Benefits**:
