We are seeking an enthusiastic, thoughtful and proactive individual with excellent relationship building skills to join our North Island team as a **Territory Manager**. In this role you will report to the Sales Lead for the North Island and will cover the **Waikato** area.
An important part of our close-knit sales team, you will develop lasting relationships with new and existing stakeholders, customers and influencers in the construction industry to drive profitable growth and achieve sales targets.
**The impact you'll make**:
- Exceed territory sales targets through productive, planned call cycles
- Build relationships & enable delivery of specification with industry stakeholders and influencers
- Gather and make decisions based on market intelligence
- Deliver strategic market education & engagement activities with our Engineering team
- Maintain call accuracy, including relevant data, customer prioritisation and growth reporting
- Analyse territory, market, sales and customer performance data
**About you**:
- Strong communication and influencing skills internally and externally
- Ability to deliver on strategic sales targets and results
- Adept with analysing and understanding sales and market reports
- Confident and analytical decision maker who can prioritise based on data
- Commitment to driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Comfortable meeting with customers on construction sites
- Hold a valid drivers licence
