You will be an amazing leader who will lead the transformation of the Planning function to being a provider of Planning advice and support across the organisation and community. You will be a strong communicator that is capable of building relationships with all stakeholders focusing on enhancement through the development of effective best practice systems, reporting and customer relations. Your focus will be on enabling people to be successful both internally and externally. You’ll be confident and driven to make things happen and have a “business improvement” mind-set, ensure and support the continued development and improvement of the planning processes and systems to meet management, organisational and legislative needs. You will be pro active and work alongside the Group Manager and Group Leadership Team to guide and enable decision making and strategy.
