**About the role**
We are looking for someone to work in partnership with local community groups and wider stakeholders to enable greater access to resources and funding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Relationship Management across multiple platforms including central Government, philanthropic, sponsors, funders, and non-Government organisations.
- Decision making around funding management - criteria and eligibility, accountability reports, management of funding streams, funding allocation, promotion and marketing.
- Community Engagement and Facilitation to capture community voice, insights and needs.
**About You**
You will be an effective communicator both verbally and written and be comfortable in all settings from grassroots community through to formal council meetings. You have the ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative, while also naturally fostering positive and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have some understanding of how funding and contracts work in a community setting, and how working alongside the community using a strengths-based approach, enables community to thrive.
