**The Opportunity**
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a strong background in S/4HANA Cloud System Administration to join our team as we implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud with Gallagher’s business transformation project.
As our System Administrator focused on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in governing and administering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Systems, SAP Cloud Identity services such as Identity Authentication Service and Identity Provisioning Service, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Central Business Configuration and S/4HANA Cloud integration and extension with SAP Business Technology Platform. This position offers a great chance to leverage your expertise in SAP technology to drive meaningful transformation for Gallagher.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Functional Consultants, System Architects SAP, and our SAP Implementation Partner to ensure effective administration of S/4HANA Cloud Solutions in conjunction to SAP best practice solution implementation. You will oversee and execute system administration for S/4HANA Cloud implementations, manage software and content upgrades, and support activities, leveraging best practices to transform our global operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and administer SAP S/4HANA Cloud systems, ensuring seamless integration and security
- Collaborate with consultants and architects to ensure best practices in SAP Cloud governance
- Manage system provisioning, upgrades, and role assignments for S/4HANA Cloud landscape
- Ensure compliance with SAP Cloud Identity, ALM, and extensibility tools
- Support the integration monitoring and test automation processes
- Act as a key technical advisor for cloud-based solutions and system settings
**The Fit**
You’ll need:
- 10+ years of ERP system administration experience, with at least 2 years focused on S/4HANA Cloud
- Proven expertise in SAP Cloud ALM, Identity services, and Business Technology Platform
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology and cloud-native solutions
- Strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail
- SAP certification preferred (but not required)
