**ABOUT THE ROLE**
To be successful for this role, we’re looking for someone who aligns to our core values (People, Safety, Customer & Future) and enjoys working with a diverse range of team members. While a passion for transport and storage may not yet run through your veins, it’s important that you come to us with a desire to learn about the industry and get in amongst it.and have some fun along the way. The role reports directly into the Health and Safety Manager.

- Strong relationship building skills, able to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people
- Excellent open-questioning and listening skills
- Open-minded, willing to genuinely consider new ideas
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic, able to tailor style to suit the audience
- Strong problem solving ability, solutions focused
- Courageous, confident speaking up about things that aren’t right and challenging others in an appropriate manner
- Well organised, with ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong coaching, inspiring and influencing skills
- Proficient user of technology and software
